BRANDING GUIDELINES
The Pomona Catholic School Branding Guidelines has been created to allow the school to send a consistent and positive brand message through brochures, letters, posters, and other publications. Working together, we can accurately portray Pomona Catholic School as an institution that offers a high-quality Christ-centered education to its students.
PRIMARY COLORS
PC has a long history with the color green. PMS 4168 (Botanical Garden Green), HEX 244546, is our prefer green, and it should be used in significant and meaningful ways throughout the design to act as the identifying color of the school. BLACK is our prefer as another primary color , and you may choose to use either color as the signature color in your design. However, Green lends itself more formal, serious applications and most preferred color to represent the school. BLACK works well in more informal, casual applications especially evolving athletic activities.
SECONDARY COLORS
Secondary colors should be used only as an accent colors to the primary palette. (HEX#1C8172, HEX#4F868E, HEX#9D9C9E, HEX#101820, HEX#8CB8BF, HEX#EAE9E8)
SUGGEST ADDITIONAL COLORS
These fun colors should be used as an accent colors only to compliment the primary palette. (HEX#4DD970, HEX#4DC2BF, HEX#DC816B, HEX#465F91, HEX#53555C, HEX#948261, HEX#F1E5B1, HEX#F9E27D)
HOW COLORS WORK TOGETHER
Branding colors in all levels should work well together. However, primary colors should be the most visible and obviously important.
PC FONTS USAGE
Approved PC branding fonts are Roboto, Roboto Condensed, Roboto Slab, and Basketville which allow for creative expression of our brand personality in ways that are appropriate for our diverse audiences and goals.
There will be instances where the Damien brand fonts cannot be utilized because of technical limitations or restrictions. An example of this limitation is an HTML email in which attempts to include the brand fonts will likely fail. In these situations Arial and Georgia should be used.

OTHER RECOMMENDED FONTS
To expand the creativity and create more interesting artworks, we recommend the following fonts that can be use. However, to maintain the strong branding presence, these fonts should NEVER be used as dominated fonts in formal/official pieces that representing school (such as letterhead, stationary, and official announcement)
NOTE: Comic San, BernardoModa, Bream catcher should NEVER be used in ANY of artwork to represent Pomona Catholic School

PC CREST
The Pomona Catholic Crest represents the school’s dedication to the advancement of knowledge, long tradition, empowerment and believe in faith. The single-color seal in green may be used for formal occasions, including items for Commencement, specific gift items, appropriate clothing (blazers, not T-shirts), and stationery. DO NOT use the official seal in combination with the PC initial logo. PC Crest colors can be green (PMS 4168), black (PMS Black 6), and white. No other colors are acceptable.
The Crest may only be used with permission from the Office of Communications and Marketing. It can never be altered or varied. To request use of the seal, please contact Marketing Department at marketing@pomonacatholic.org
SCHOOL CREST WITH PILLARS
Faith, Scholarship, Tradition, and Empowerment. These are the words we heard most often when we spoke with faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and people from all corners of the school. It is necessary to have a version of Pomona Catholic identity that incorporate school crest with the 3 pillars to be use occasionally as a reminder of school’s core believes.

PC LOGO
PC logo is a more practical identity to use especially anything evolve with athletics. The full-colors is the combination of green (PMS 4168), black (PMS Black 6), and white. There are 2 versions of the logo, 3-D and 2-D. Besides these 2 versions, the PC logo can never be altered or varied.
